At the bar I work we use plastic pourers. Whem I'm flairing and the bottle spins I always spill liquer. The liquer comes out the pourer.
I'm wondering if anybody else had this problem and what to do about it. Now I only flair with bottles that are olmost empty because then the liqeur stays at the bodem of the bottle.
Does anybody have tips for me??

i have that problem as well i am hopeing it goes into that more on scotts libary collection (i am saveing up for it ) but i have found that a little more on the arch instead of on the spin will help a little but sometimes it is in the speed of the rotation try a little of both that is whats seamed to help me good luck i hope this helps
But then again this is a tip from a rookie have fun _________________ Just cause customers don't expect it doesn't mean they don't deserve it.

Hi,dude. My name is Piero, and I'm a bartender as weel.I know exactly the feeling of spilling liquor to peopleīs face,it really sucks. The best u can do is to flair only with 1/1.5 oz inside the bottle.Try to use long bottles(like Moninīs) and use moves that,in case of spilling,it will do to your both sides, not to your front. Those are my tips.Take it easy
