I work for a non profit that rents event space. we do not have a liquor license. We have a client that would like to have a wine tasting and they have a pouring license. Do I need to also have them apply for a temporay liquor license?

Depends on the country you are in.

Here, strong liquors need a license, beer & wine never do.
