Does every bartender you know have a signature drink? Probably not. No you don't have to have a signature drink to be a bartender. Many bartenders have drinks they enjoy making, and thus recomend it more often, however the idea of a signature drink sounds a bit limiting - why not be able to make every drink you make with style, flair and flavor! _________________ The odds are good but the goods are odd.
