While most bartenders never went to a bartending school, I did. Is it required? No.
I found it very valuable. It gave me practice behind a bar without a lot of stress. I was also forced to learn a lot of drinks.
I was able to start my first day, experienced and confident.
If you're thrown to the wolves unprepared, it is much harder to have fun.
Having fun is what makes a bartender a great job and gets you more tips. |

I think it depends where you want to work. Some states require certificate for alcohol servers/bartenders. And to get that certificate, you need to attend a school for training. _________________ Interested on ALCOHOL SERVER CERTIFICATION or BASSET TRAINING? Check out my website. |
