Why have a guilty conscience?
I wouldn't do anything that I could be fired for doing.... the money is too good to risk it and I enjoy maintaining an excellent professional reputation. Besides, where I work if one is caught stealing criminal charges can and may be filed. I do know of two bartenders, a kitchen manager, a sous chef and a few FOH managers that our owner sought legal action.
