We got this new thing in my bar called Shakka.
I need to find a way to move it that means recipes if you have any I'd love to hear them _________________ Just cause customers don't expect it doesn't mean they don't deserve it.

I work at an upscale asian restuarant that finished promoting flavored mai-tai's. The shakka was the base.
Mix the [b:056f81d23f]apple[/b:056f81d23f] with malabu pineapple rum and orange juice and cranberry, then float dark rum.
Mix the [b:056f81d23f]kixi[/b:056f81d23f] with malabu pineapple, blue curaco, pineapple juice and swet and sour top with dark rum.
Mix the [b:056f81d23f]grape[/b:056f81d23f] shakka with captian morgan sweet and sour and pineapple juice top with a dark rum floater.
In my opinion these drinks were way to sweet. But those were the drinks we advertised. Hope it helps.
