The bartender's where i work are having problems with server's tipping them out what they are suppose to. We now get 2% of their net sale's roughly 10% of what they make.
What i would like to know is what other bartender's are getting tipped out from their servers? Or the policy your management has set up in your restaurant.
I work at TGI Fridays and we make 1.5% of Net Sales during the shift in which we work. split amongst all the bartenders working that shift. the Hostesses make the other 1.5%.
