It depends whether you prefer online or "old-school" type of training. There are lots on the net.
For the best state to work as a bartender, are you after the experience or higher pay? If you're still starting your bartending career, you need to train first before competing to "experienced" alcohol servers in the big cities. For higher pay, the bigger the city the higher chances of getting more $.
