There has been some controversy due to recent lawsuits about tips and pooling that directly affect bartenders and BAR managers in California.

If you can not bear to read the whole article PLEASE scroll to the end of the article for the IMPORTANT KICKER.

Some houses are changing tip policies and excluding BAR managers from receiving tips at anytime ... even when said manager is working a bar shift as the only bartender. The tips are being collected and pooled to the NON management staff.

QUESTIONS:
Have you experienced changes in your house?
How has this affected your house?
How do you feel about this topic?
What are your opinions?

All comments welcome. The more input the better. Thank You.
