Hey there awesome people. Im new here as u can see  . I will keep it short , but i do need your help desperatelly 
Im hosting a private luxury event and besides beeing the DJ im also in charge with the rest of the stuff that makes a party complete. Its a high end clientele party from a Luxury online forum.
Im trying to figure out what would i need to get to make sure the bar dosent run out. i searched the net for some clues and all i found was lists of what a bar needs , my dilema is how much of these items i need to get for that ammount of people.
Any help is greatly apreciated
