We have a debate going on at work of what is most popular. I vote for vodka but the owner says rum. Hmmmm what do you all sell most of?

Ive been in the nightclub game for about 12 years and ive worked in many different type places..
I think its the same now as when I started...
just the way a speed rail should be set...
Right to left
1 Rye
2 Vodka
3 Rum
4 Gin
5 Scotch
6 Tequila
Now thats just reg Booze.
Shots....well shots are a whole different animal
 JAGERMEISTER  its the new Tequila
Jager is the king of the castle right now
but....it really depends where you are...

i am gonna be totally biased, i work in a vodka bar, so obviously our vodka sales out weigh everything... But if we are just talking the mainline goods, i would still deffinatly have to say vodka for all places i have worked... as i think it probably is all over the uk.

We are a bit more seasonal here, summer sees the rum sales go wAAAAAAAAAAY up and winter sees the Voddie.

Or is that Rhum or even Ron
I dont care how you spell it...just put it in my drink all year round.
And no straw! I want it to start right at my lips...oh baby....

I usually use R U M ...but I think Ill start useing
R O N...why you may ask?
Easy...my favorite is from the fantastic isle of the Dominican Republic!!
BRUGAL , Carta Dorada Ron..mmmmmm
made in beautifull Puerto Plata
If anyone has access to this wonderfull liquid
PLEASE let me know how to get it

| Personally...I vote for vodka. Only because it is a filler for alot of drinks. As for shots...jeager is the most popular, followed by tequilla, and then probably vodka. I have never had a call for rum as a shot and outside of the rum and cokes or malibu and pineapple I don't get many calls for it at all. |
